Welcome to OM TRAVELS. By accessing this website or using our booking desk and trip planner services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your bookings.

1. Booking Agreement

Any booking made with OM TRAVELS constitutes an agreement between the traveler and our agency. Bookings are subject to availability at the time of processing, and details are confirmed only once the initial deposit or full booking sheet is processed.

2. Bookings, Payments & Dynamic Adjustments

• Itineraries for flight seats, villa accommodations, and coach services fluctuate dynamically. OM TRAVELS reserves the right to adjust tour packages if airlines or operators modify their base services prior to reservation confirmation.
• Payment terms require a specified booking deposit, with the final balance settled before receiving transport passes or checking into resorts.
• All payments must be processed through our authorized payment accounts. We are not liable for transfers made to unauthorized accounts.

3. Travel Documentation & Visas

It is the traveler’s responsibility to check, secure, and maintain valid travel documentation. This includes passport validity (minimum 6 months beyond travel duration), required visa approvals, vaccination certificates, and local permits. OM TRAVELS will offer guidance, but cannot be held liable for entry denials by immigration desks.

4. AI Planner Disclaimer

Our Generative AI Trip Planner coordinates route schedules and highlights dynamically using structured templates. These outputs are intended for planning and reference purposes; actual reservations, resort quality, and local itineraries are subject to real-time confirmation during the formal booking process.

5. Liability Limitations

OM TRAVELS coordinates with airlines, transport companies, and hotel properties. We are not responsible for direct or indirect losses, schedule shifts, cancellations, or damages resulting from:

• Carrier delays, weather closures, natural calamities, or geopolitical disputes (Force Majeure events).
• Loss of personal luggage or items during flights or land transits.
• Personal injuries or illnesses contracted during travel. We strongly recommend obtaining international travel insurance.

6. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Madhya Pradesh, India. Any disputes arising out of bookings or interactions with OM TRAVELS shall be settled exclusively in the competent courts of Satna, MP.
