Refund & Cancellation Policy

At OM TRAVELS, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. This Refund & Cancellation Policy details the criteria, schedules, and processing guidelines for travel cancellations and tour packages.
1. General Cancellation Rules
All requests for tour cancellations or shifts in travel schedules must be submitted in writing via email (support@omtravels.com) or registered contact number. The cancellation timeline will be determined from the day we receive your request.
2. Cancellation Fee Structure
Refund amounts depend on the proximity of the cancellation request to the scheduled departure date:
- 30 Days or More Prior to Departure: 90% refund of the total package value (excluding non-refundable flight booking fees).
- 15 to 29 Days Prior to Departure: 50% refund of the package value.
- 7 to 14 Days Prior to Departure: 25% refund of the package value.
- Less than 7 Days or No-Show: No refund is applicable.
3. Flight and Hotel Cancellations
Airlines and premium hotel operators have their own cancellation parameters. Refunds for flight tickets and resort bookings will strictly follow the terms defined by the respective airline/hotel. Service charges assessed by OM TRAVELS during the initial booking are non-refundable.
4. Tour Cancellations by OM TRAVELS
In rare circumstances where OM TRAVELS must cancel a tour package due to unforeseen carrier shutdowns, natural disasters, safety alerts, or other Force Majeure events, we will provide travelers with either:
- A full refund of the amount received, OR
- A flexible credit voucher of equal value to transfer bookings to any destination within the next 12 months.
5. Refund Processing Timelines
Once a cancellation is approved, refunds will be processed and returned to the traveler's bank account. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for the transaction to reflect in your records, depending on bank processing queues.
